Aasai – Best Short Film In IFF 2010

A short film named ‘Aasai’ won the Best Short Film in Indian Film Festival 2010 in Melbourne recently.
It is reported that more than 200 films from India competed in the film festival, and ‘Aasai’ emerged winner in the Indian Category. Directed by Sam, the movie received lot of appreciation from leading film makers like ‘3 Idiots’ Director Mr. Rajkumar Hirani, ‘Love Aaj Kal’ Director Mr. Imitaz Ali, ‘Main Aurr Mrs Khanna’ Director Mr. Sohail Khan
The director thanked the jury, and specially the director of the event, Ms. Mitu, for taking efforts to bring him down under to Australia. The director thought that he got international exposure whilst participating in such events. IndiaGlitz wishes him the very best in his future endeavours.
