🎬 'Paranthu Po' is a heartwarming Tamil Road Musical Comedy which encourages you to halt for a second and appreciate life in all its simplicity. The film is directed by Ram and stars Mirchi Shiva, Grace Antony alongside child actor Mithul Ryan. 🌟 What’s the story?
- Gokul (Shiva), an entrepreneur in his thirties, is struggling to make ends meet while supporting his wife Glory, a saree-shop owner. The couple seems to be perpetually exhausted and living from paycheck to paycheck.
- Anbu (Mithul Ryan), their son, is hyperactive and extremely energetic. He is unable to cope with the monotony of elite schooling and a rigid timetable of extracurricular activities.
- The self-discovery trip culminates in whimsical and adventurous moments when Glory heads to Coimbatore for an expo. Gokul along with Anbu spontaneously decides to hit the road.
🎠Performances
- Shiva as Gokul is brilliant and seems effortless as a loving yet tired father trying to keep balance in a chaotic household, laughing yet emotionally drained.
- Grace Antony is delightful as Glory, bringing warmth to the role of a busy mother multitasking with emotional ranges and comedic timing as well.
- Mithul Ryan captures the wonder and nostalgia of childhood brilliantly as Anbu without crossing the line into being overly iacting.
